Booking a room
Advance bookings require a minimum duration of 2 or 4 hours, depending on the selected space. For visitors already at Casa Batlló with a ticket who wish to use a private area after their tour, on-the-spot bookings are available for shorter durations and under specific terms of use.
Schedule extensions are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Additional charges may apply.
Yes. It is possible to book multiple private areas at the same time, in which case we recommend reserving adjacent spaces to ensure an optimal experience. Multi-day bookings are also available, though room usage must be limited to standard opening hours unless otherwise authorized.
Full buyout of the floor is available upon request and subject to availability.
Each application is assessed individually to provide a consistent commercial proposal tailored to each specific case.
The room is confirmed once formalized according to the agreed terms. However, Casa Batlló reserves the right to substitute the reserved space with another of similar or superior characteristics.
No. Booking a private space does not include a cultural visit to Casa Batlló, although it can be reserved as an additional service.
Each private area has a set maximum capacity that must be respected at all times for safety and comfort reasons.
Cancellation and modification terms are detailed in the proposal and the contract.
In certain cases, a security deposit may be required, and you will be notified in advance.
La Tercera Planta is open Monday to Sunday, from 9am to 11pm. These hours are subject to change based on future operational needs.

Accessing your room
Access is through the heritage entrance of Casa Batlló, next to the signage with the “G” logo for the Third Floor. Our staff at the door will assist you with the entry process following registration and validation.
Yes. For security and control purposes, access requires registration at the door. To do so, it is essential to show your booking confirmation.
To access the Third Floor, use the original elevator located next to the grand staircase on the ground floor. Once inside, select the Third Floor and remember to close the inner doors so the elevator can operate.
Access is available within the contracted reservation hours. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes early to manage attendee registration and ensure full use of the reserved time. Any requirements outside of these hours must be requested in advance. The reserved area must be vacated by the agreed end time, including the removal of all materials and personal belongings.
Access is limited to the previously confirmed capacity. Any modifications must be validated in advance and may result in operational or cost adjustments.
Access for minors is only permitted if the event type allows it and they must always be under the responsibility of an adult.
No animals allowed, except for certified service dogs.
Yes. Casa Batlló and its private areas are accessible spaces. If you have any specific requirements, we recommend notifying us in advance.
Use of the spaces
Yes. These private spaces are ideal for corporate meetings, accommodating both formal setups (boardroom style) and more informal lounge-style arrangements. Casa Batlló offers equipment such as Smart TVs, video conferencing kits, stationery, flip charts, and other services, provided the space allows.
No. Parties and dancing are not permitted in the reserved spaces.
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited at Casa Batlló, in both indoor and outdoor areas.
No, access to the balconies is not permitted for conservation and safety reasons.
No. The furniture cannot be modified, as these are highly complex pieces considered works of art. Setups or decorations are permitted, provided they have prior approval and adhere to the building's conservation regulations.
No. For safety and heritage preservation reasons, the use of fire, candles, or similar items is strictly prohibited in all interior areas of Casa Batlló.
Music and sound may be played within the established limits, provided they do not interfere with the private use of other reserved areas. Live performances are not permitted, except in exceptional cases duly authorized by Casa Batlló.
Yes, for private use. Any professional or commercial use requires prior authorization and is subject to specific terms and conditions.
No, we do not provide a cloakroom service. Personal belongings must be kept within your booked private area.
Overnight reservations are not accepted. The Suite is a scenographic space that evokes the building's historical residential use, but it cannot be booked for accommodation or use of the bed. However, it is available for hosting unique, specially designed experiences on a case-by-case basis.
No, the Third Floor is not included in the event rate for the Noble Floor. However, there is an option to request a quote for its use to guarantee exclusivity during the event or to incorporate it as an additional space. For more information, please contact privaterooms@casabatllo.cat.
Catering service
Yes, food and beverage services can be contracted as a complement to the venue rental. We recommend placing orders in advance; however, Casa Batlló offers a limited selection of options available on-site.
A variety of options are available, including gastronomic, executive, tapas, and cocktail menus, as well as coffee breaks and other proposals.

Yes, our team can accommodate dietary restrictions as long as they are communicated in advance.
Yes. Casa Batlló offers a private chef service for clients with reserved space, subject to availability and the specific conditions of the service.
Packages are fixed and do not allow modifications, except for allergies or intolerances, which must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Other modification requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance and, if approved, may incur an additional charge.
Yes, the packs include a vegetarian option at the same price as the standard version. Additionally, the children's menu features a special rate.
